This is what a Presenter narration sounds like – sample from an onboarding slide:

Presenter explained in 0:57 min — your slide deck becomes a narrated pitch video.

What is Presenter?

Presenter turns an ordinary PowerPoint file into a finished MP4 video – with a professional voice presenting your slides. No studio, no editing, no learning curve. Developed by automagisch in Vienna, hosted in Germany.

“If you can attach a file and press a button, you can use Presenter.”

Between two meetings, your material decides. And it stays silent.

Three moments where slide decks lose their impact in sales:

forward_to_inbox

Forwarded slides do not sell.

Your champion forwards the PDF to management — without your arguments, without your emphasis. The decision is made without you in the room.

hourglass_disabled

Small leads never justify a live demo.

Not every prospect warrants an hour-long meeting — but every prospect deserves a good pitch. Without a scalable format, those leads go cold.

mark_email_unread

Follow-ups fizzle out in the inbox.

After the first call, what sticks decides. A block of text with an attachment competes with fifty other emails — and usually loses.

Your existing sales deck is enough. No studio, no agency.

How sales teams use Presenter

Four typical scenarios from sales and marketing:

rocket_launch

Product pitch at first contact

Instead of “please find our deck attached”: a video that presents your offer before the first meeting even happens.

request_quote

Proposal walkthrough

Your proposal explains itself — item by item, with the context that otherwise only comes up in conversation.

follow_the_signs

Follow-up after the first call

A short narrated summary keeps your arguments fresh — including for your contact's colleagues who were not on the call.

storefront

Trade fair & campaign follow-up

After the fair, a hundred contacts want to hear the same thing. The video tells all of them — your team talks to the most interested ones.

What this means for your funnel

workspace_premium Your best argumentation, every time. The video keeps your pitch in top form — independent of daily form and scheduling stress.

stacked_line_chart Scales to every lead. Even prospects who never justify a meeting get a full pitch — automatically.

bolt Follow up faster. Send a video instead of playing scheduling ping-pong: your message reaches the decision-maker before your competitor finds a slot.

savings

Try for free, pay fairly

New users start with 25 free tokens (videos carry a watermark) – enough for a narrated talk with about 11 slides. After that, buy token packs as needed – from €9.90, no subscription.

Questions from sales practice

How do I share the video with a lead? expand_more
You receive an MP4 file and decide yourself: send it as a file, or host it on your website or video platform and put the link in your proposal email.
Does an automatically narrated video look professional enough for customers? expand_more
Best judge for yourself: with the 25 free tokens you generate your own pitch and evaluate the result before paying anything.
Can I create variants for different audiences? expand_more
Yes — every uploaded PPTX is generated independently. An adapted slide variant produces an adapted video (each generation uses tokens).
How does Presenter know what to say about my slides? expand_more
Presenter reads the titles, slide content and your speaker notes and uses AI to write a narration script from them. Your notes are taken into account but not read out word for word – the narration sums up the key points of each slide.
Can I review or edit the spoken text before generating? expand_more
Yes. Before the video is created, you see the text for each slide and can edit it, preview it or keep a slide silent. Even after the video is finished, you can change the text of individual slides and regenerate just those slides. Previewing uses tokens.
Which voices and languages are available? expand_more
74 languages are available. You choose a voice from a selection per language and can listen to it first. A video can be created in up to five languages at once; each language uses its own tokens.
What happens to animations and embedded videos in my slides? expand_more
In the MP4 video, each slide appears as a still image, with a smooth crossfade between slides. Animations and embedded videos are not played in the MP4. If you want to keep animations: you can also download your original PowerPoint with embedded audio – existing animations are preserved there.
Is the trial really free? expand_more
Yes. Newly registered users receive 25 tokens once – enough for a narrated talk with about 11 slides. To sign up you only need an email address and a password, no payment details. Videos generated during the trial carry a watermark; videos generated with purchased tokens do not.
