What is Presenter?

Presenter turns an ordinary PowerPoint file into a finished MP4 video – with a professional voice presenting your slides. No studio, no editing, no learning curve. Developed by automagisch in Vienna, hosted in Germany.

“If you can attach a file and press a button, you can use Presenter.”

You are a professional at teaching — not at video production.

Three hurdles e-learning projects fail at in practice:

videocam_off

Video production eats your margin.

Voice-over, recording, editing — per course module. Professionally produced learning videos quickly cost more than the course earns.

history

Your content changes faster than your videos.

A course update means re-recording. So outdated videos stay online — or the video format never happens at all.

event_busy

Live sessions cap your reach.

Every training you deliver in person only scales with your calendar. Knowledge that exists only live cannot be sold while you sleep.

How trainers & course providers use Presenter

Four typical scenarios from further education and e-learning:

menu_book

Self-paced courses & modules

Existing training materials become narrated modules for your online course — module by module, in a consistent style.

join_inner

Blended learning

Theory as video up front, classroom time for exercises and questions. Your slides deliver the video part automatically.

campaign

Course previews for marketing

A narrated excerpt from the course shows prospects what to expect — more convincing than any description.

repeat

Recurring fundamentals

Introductions and basics that are identical in every cohort run as video — your live time goes to the content that adds value.

What this means for your course business

update Updating a course = regenerating. Change the slide, use tokens, done — instead of a re-recording with narrator and editing.

verified Consistent quality in every module. Every video sounds professionally presented — even at the end of a long recording day that no longer exists.

devices MP4 runs everywhere. Embed the finished videos as video files in Moodle, ILIAS or any other learning platform — or send them directly.

savings

Try for free, pay fairly

New users start with 25 free tokens (videos carry a watermark) – enough for a narrated talk with about 11 slides. After that, buy token packs as needed – from €9.90, no subscription.

Questions from training practice

Can I embed the videos in my LMS? expand_more
Yes. You receive an MP4 file that you can upload or embed like any other video in Moodle, ILIAS or other learning platforms.
How do I update an existing course? expand_more
You change your PowerPoint slides and regenerate the video — this uses tokens again. No re-recording with a narrator required.
Does my content remain mine? expand_more
Your slides and your expertise remain yours. The details of using the service are governed by the terms of service.
How does Presenter know what to say about my slides? expand_more
Presenter reads the titles, slide content and your speaker notes and uses AI to write a narration script from them. Your notes are taken into account but not read out word for word – the narration sums up the key points of each slide.
Can I review or edit the spoken text before generating? expand_more
Yes. Before the video is created, you see the text for each slide and can edit it, preview it or keep a slide silent. Even after the video is finished, you can change the text of individual slides and regenerate just those slides. Previewing uses tokens.
Which voices and languages are available? expand_more
74 languages are available. You choose a voice from a selection per language and can listen to it first. A video can be created in up to five languages at once; each language uses its own tokens.
What happens to animations and embedded videos in my slides? expand_more
In the MP4 video, each slide appears as a still image, with a smooth crossfade between slides. Animations and embedded videos are not played in the MP4. If you want to keep animations: you can also download your original PowerPoint with embedded audio – existing animations are preserved there.
Is the trial really free? expand_more
Yes. Newly registered users receive 25 tokens once – enough for a narrated talk with about 11 slides. To sign up you only need an email address and a password, no payment details. Videos generated during the trial carry a watermark; videos generated with purchased tokens do not.
